1. APPLICATION

These webshop terms and conditions apply to purchases made through this online store. In addition to these terms, the Technical Traders' General Conditions of Sale (TK Yleiset 2024 EN) apply and take precedence in case of conflicts.

2. PRICES AND PRICING ERRORS

We do not commit to the prices displayed in the webshop. Webshop prices are indicative and may contain errors or omissions due to technical or human factors. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors and cancel orders where a clear pricing error has occurred.

The final price is confirmed in the order confirmation or by separate agreement. For contract customers, prices are determined according to the agreement.

3. AVAILABILITY AND STOCK LEVELS

We do not commit to delivering products based on stock levels shown in the webshop. Availability information displayed in the webshop is indicative and may contain errors or delays due to:

System delays in stock updates
Simultaneous orders
Supplier delivery problems
Products being discontinued

If an ordered product is not available, we will contact you and offer alternative solutions or cancel the order for that particular product.

4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

An order placed in the webshop constitutes a binding offer from the buyer. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the order. A contract is concluded only when the seller has confirmed the order or delivered the goods.

The seller has the right to reject an order particularly in the following cases:

The product is not available
There is an obvious error in the price
There is a material error in the product information
The buyer has credit remarks
The order appears fraudulent

Using the webshop requires registration. The user account is personal or company-specific and may not be transferred to third parties. The user is responsible for activity on their account and for keeping the password secure.

7. PAYMENT TERMS

The webshop accepts the payment methods specifically indicated in the order process. Invoice payment requires a valid customer agreement and approved credit.

8. DELIVERY TERMS

Deliveries are made in accordance with the Technical Traders' General Conditions of Sale. Delivery time is an estimate and may change due to availability or other circumstances.

9. COMPLAINTS

Any complaints must be made without delay, but no later than 8 business days from delivery in accordance with the Technical Traders' General Conditions of Sale.

10. PRIVACY

We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. Data is used for order processing, customer relationship management, and service development.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to change these terms. Changes take effect when published in the webshop.
