FR2S - Hammer valve for LS system
FR2S. The valve can be used to electrically control a regulated flow, for example for a hydraulic hammer, while leaving part of the flow for controlling cylinders and other actuators. For LS systems equipped with a variable displacement pump.
Also well suited, for example, for connecting a mower conditioner to an LS tractor.
- adjustable pressure relief valve for hammer line P (pos.1) pressure range 50-350bar. NOTE! DOES NOT ADJUST PRESSURE IN THE IN LINE.
- maximum back pressure of tank line T 1.5bar
- flow of OUT line adjustable (pos. 3)
- OUT line must have at least 7.5bar back pressure
- back pressure can be obtained in the OUT line if needed with check valve FR3S-FPR
- coil not included in the price. Suitable coil e.g. CT-9200
When electrical power is supplied to the cartridge valve (valve closes), the flow is divided to the hammer and the OUT line
NOTE!! THE HAMMER VALVE "HAMMER LINE" REQUIRES CHECK VALVE FR3S-FPR TO ACHIEVE THE REQUIRED BACK PRESSURE.
