PDV114 - Proportional sectional valve OMFB
OMFB PDV114 is a modular load-sensing (LS) proportional directional valve for high flows: up to 260 l/min at the P port and 370 bar working pressure. This page lists a complete 1-spool valve together with inlet, working and end sections and the PDV114/PDV74 adapter plate.
- Load-sensing (LS) upstream pressure compensation: flow is independent of the load and proportional to the spool opening
- Flow: P port max. 260 l/min (mid inlet section 380 l/min), A/B ports 190 l/min with pressure compensator, 205 l/min without
- Working pressure 370 bar, relief valve setting 400 bar, T port 25 bar static / 37 bar dynamic
- Inlet sections for open centre (fixed displacement pumps) or closed centre (LS variable displacement pumps)
- Control options: electro-hydraulic (PWM, 0–10 V, 4–20 mA, CAN bus), hydraulic pilot or manual lever
- Can be combined with PDV74 sections using the adapter plate (PDV117 configuration); the second picture shows PDV114 and PDV74 sections combined
- Oil temperature −30…+90 °C (recommended 30–65 °C), cleanliness 20/18/15 (ISO 4406)
- Codes ending in Z are zinc plated versions
