MT1 - Steel-reinforced nylon hose
Reinforced with 1 steel braid. Inner surface of nylon (polyamide). Outer surface is black, abrasion-resistant, UV-stabilized and microbe-resistant polyurethane. Suitable for hydraulics, polyols, solvents, paints and, when perforated, also for certain gases.
- Operating temperatures: -40ºC - +100ºC
- If used with water, max +70ºC.
- Vacuum rating -0,93bar
- Connected with standard PN ferrules with inner cone
- With 1 reinforcement, meets or exceeds the pressure requirements of SAE 100R1 - EN 853 1ST, 1SN - EN 857 1SC.
- With 2 reinforcements, meets or exceeds the pressure requirements of SAE 100R2.
- Suitable e.g. as a high-pressure paint spray hose
