HA72 - Coupling nipple Eaton Hansen HK
Original Eaton Hansen HK series hydraulic quick coupling nipple (male) in zinc-plated steel with BSP female thread. Sizes 3/8"–1" follow ISO 7241-1 B dimensions and are interchangeable with series B couplers.
- Ball-locking; the nipple valve closes on disconnection
- Body and valve in zinc-plated steel, stainless steel springs, nitrile (NBR) seals, temperature range −20…+100 °C
- Max. working pressure connected or disconnected: 3/8" 255 bar, 1/2" 345 bar, 1" 275 bar, 1 1/4" 120 bar (pulsating pressure when disconnected: multiply by 0.5)
- Flow (Δp 1 bar): 3/8" 30, 1/2" 50, 1" 160, 1 1/4" 260 l/min
- 1 1/4" (10HK) is a Hansen size outside the ISO 7241-1 B standard
- Mating part: HA71 coupler body. Interchangeable DNP nipples: HA72-…D
- Hansen quick couplings are now part of Danfoss (formerly Eaton)
