MULTIX - Multi-coupling plate CEJN Multi-X
The CEJN Multi-X multi-coupling connects 2–6 hydraulic lines at once with a single movement of the lever. The nipples of the mobile plate have pressure eliminators, so the plates can be connected even with residual pressure. Flat-face couplings and WEO Plug-In hose connections.
- Max. working pressure 350 bar on half of the ports simultaneously, return lines max. 50 bar; min. burst pressure 1200 bar
- Connectable with residual pressure: up to 350 bar on the mobile (male) plate side when the handle plate side is free to drain
- Flow (Δp 4 bar): DN 10 approx. 40 l/min, DN 12.5 approx. 75 l/min
- Plates in zinc-plated steel and anodized aluminium, NBR seals, temperature range −30…+100 °C
- WEO Plug-In hose connections; dust caps included with both plates, mounting bracket with the handle plate
- Either plate can be installed as the fixed part; single ISO 16028 flat-face couplings can also be connected to a fixed mobile plate
- Accessories: electric connector kits, aluminium covers and parking docks for the mobile plate
