MXG 5K - Compact spiral hose 350 bar Gates
Gates MegaSys MXG 5K is a lightweight and flexible hydraulic spiral hose for 350 bar working pressure. The XtraTuff Plus cover offers 25 times the abrasion resistance of standard covers.
- Gates MegaSys MXG 5K: Xpiral woven spiral construction with four layers of high-tensile steel wire, lighter and more flexible than conventional spiral hose
- Meets ISO 18752 350DC and exceeds the performance of SAE 100R13, EN 856 R13 and ISO 3862 R13 (sizes -10, -12 and -16 also EN 856 4SP)
- Working pressure 350 bar in all sizes, impulse life 1,000,000 cycles
- Oil-resistant synthetic rubber tube, XtraTuff Plus cover: 25 × abrasion resistance, ozone resistant, MSHA flame resistance approval
- Temperature range −40…+121 °C
- Weight 3/4": 1.07 kg/m; Gates GS (GlobalSpiral) couplings
