Argo Hytos Cetop 5 / NG10 3-way pressure compensator
Argo-Hytos TV2-103/MC is a 3-way pressure compensator built as a Cetop 5 modular (sandwich) valve. It keeps a constant pressure drop across a proportional directional valve and thus a flow independent of the load. Load pressure is sensed from both actuator lines through a shuttle valve.
- Modular valve ISO 4401 size 10 / DIN 24340 (Cetop 5, D05), height 70 mm
- Max. flow 80 l/min, max. operating pressure 350 bar
- Pressure drop adjustable 4–14 bar with the adjusting screw, factory setting 10 bar
- Model C: load pressure sensed from lines A and B through an integrated shuttle valve
- Connected in parallel with the flow control valve: when the actuator stops, the compensator unloads the pump flow to tank at low pressure loss
- Fluid temperature −30…+100 °C (NBR)
