EC 060 - Cleaning Plugs
Flexible EC Flexible 060 cleaning projectile made of polyether polyurethane foam. Free from PVC, PTFE and silicone. Passes bends, spirals and reductions, compresses down to 50 %.
EC Flexible 060 is a flexible cleaning projectile made of polyether polyurethane foam for the internal cleaning of hydraulic hoses and tubes. The material is free from PVC, PTFE and silicone.

Selecting the size
Choose a projectile that is approximately 20 % larger than the inner diameter (ID) of the hose or tube to be cleaned. In the recommended ID range the highest value is the recommended ID for optimal performance, while the lowest value denotes the projectile's maximum allowable compression, used only when needed.
Article number structure
- First two digits = diameter of the projectile in millimetres
- Next three digits (060) = volume weight, which corresponds directly to the hardness of the material
Abrasive versions are also available: -A (Scotch-Brite surface for removing rust, glow shell, sticky oil and soot) and -GR (aluminium oxide surface for heavily rusted or very dirty tubes). These are not recommended for rubber or plastic hoses.
