- Composite bearings prevent metal-to-metal contact, increasing cylinder service life and side-load resistance by up to 10%
- Hard coating on all surfaces protects against damage and extends cylinder service life
- Handles are included in all 30 – 150 ton models
- All models come standard with a saddle, which protects against load-induced damage
- The steel base plate is standard on 20 ton RAC models and larger. The steel base plate is optional only on 10 and 15 ton RAC models
- The built-in collar ring prevents piston overtravel and withstands the cylinder's full capacity
- Heavy-duty return spring for fast cylinder retraction
- CR-400 quick-release coupling and dust cap are included in all models
- All cylinders meet the requirements of ASME B-30.1.
