BEERSTAR - Brewery hose with steel spiral
Light and flexible brewery hose for beer, fine wines and non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages up to 96% alcohol content. The white food-grade IIR tube preserves the taste and aroma of the conveyed product, and the abrasion-resistant UHMW-PE cover film makes the hose easy to clean and drag.
- Tube: white food-grade IIR rubber (FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, 3-A Sanitary Standards 18-03, BfR XXI cat. 2, D.M. 21.03.73)
- Reinforcement: high tensile textile plies, embedded steel helix wire
- Cover: red synthetic rubber with external UHMW-PE film, corrugated, abrasion, ageing and ozone resistant
- Working pressure 10 bar, burst pressure 30 bar
- Vacuum 0.9 bar
- Temperature range −30 °C … +120 °C, steam sterilization +130 °C for max. 30 minutes
- Produced in accordance with EC 1935/2004 and EC 2023/2006 (GMP); free from phthalates, BPA, PAH and ADI. REACH (EC 1907/2006) compliant
