PTFE 300 HD - Heavy duty PTFE hose
PTFE composite hose for demanding applications. Composite hose assemblies are manufactured in Nurmijärvi, where they can be pressure tested and stamped if required. The hose is available with various fitting types and materials.

For composite hoses, an aluminum, bronze or acid-resistant external male-threaded shank is crimped on, and the required end, e.g. a camlock lever coupling, is screwed onto it. This makes a possibly damaged end easy to replace.
If required, STORZ couplings, DIN 11851 food couplings, DIN flanges, TW couplings (DIN 28450), etc. can also be used.
Assemblies are manufactured up to 4” in Nurmijärvi, pressure tested if required and stamped. If needed, we also provide written pressure test and grounding certificates.
