Suction and delivery hose for hot water mixed with glycol and for hydrocarbons with an aromatic content of up to 60%. The conductive tube and small bending radius make it an excellent choice for engine compartments of industrial vehicles and heavy equipment.
The hose withstands both hot water mixed with glycol and mineral oils and fuels, so a single item covers several transfer lines in the engine compartment. The embedded helix wire allows suction use, and the corrugated cover gives a small bending radius even in tight installations.
- Tube: smooth black conductive NBR rubber. Resistant to mineral oils, hydrocarbons (aromatic content up to 60%) and hot water mixed with glycol.
- Reinforcement: textile plies, embedded helix wire.
- Cover: black abrasion-resistant rubber, resistant to oils, fats, weather and ozone. Flame resistant according to TRbF 131 – Teil 2 – § 5.5. Corrugated cover.
- Working pressure: 13 bar
- Burst pressure: 39 bar (safety factor 3)
- Vacuum: 0.8–0.9 bar depending on size
- Temperature: -25 °C…+100 °C for mineral oils, -25 °C…+120 °C for hot water

Stock sizes (ID × OD): 51 × 62 mm, 63 × 76 mm, 76 × 89 mm and 102 × 116 mm. Inner diameters 19–102 mm; other sizes and pressure ratings on request. Ask also for ready-made hose assemblies with fittings.
