UPE - Chemical hose UHMWPE EN 12115 16bar
Extra-flexible universal suction and delivery hose for acids, bases, ketones, aldehydes, esters and aromatic, aliphatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons. Compliant with EN 12115:2021 (type Ω/T), electrically conductive and suitable for potentially explosive atmospheres (zones 0, 1 and 2).
- Tube: smooth, black, conductive UHMWPE, abrasion resistant and food quality (FDA, EU 10/2011)
- Reinforcement: synthetic plies and embedded helix wire
- Cover: black, conductive synthetic rubber, resistant to abrasion, ozone and weather. Flame resistant according to TRbF 131 part 2 § 5.5. Smooth fabric impression
- Working pressure 16 bar, burst pressure 64 bar (4": 12/48 bar)
- Vacuum 0.9 bar up to 63 mm, larger sizes 0.8 bar
- Temperature and concentration: refer to the chemical resistance chart
- ATEX: DEKRA 16EXAM11132, IEC/TS 60079-32-1, TRGS 727 and EN ISO 8031
- Marking: THOR-SUPERIOR UPE (blue/white) + embossed tape according to standard
