Metal hose assemblies
We supply all-metal hose assemblies in different lengths with the required ends.
All-metal hoses have a separate inner tube and braid, which are first welded together with a support clamp. After that, the required end can be welded to the hose, e.g. flange, UK, SK, connector or tube fitting.
Ends are usually made of carbon steel or AISI 316. The hose is either AISI 304, 321 or AISI 316.
The hose can also be manufactured with a double braid to increase pressure resistance.
The hoses can also be made with the customer’s own fittings and, if required, with a metal guard/bend protector. Operating temperatures: -200ºC - +600ºc.
