Support Bearings

Support bearings are often used when mounting a gear pump to a rotating shaft. The bearing arrangement of the gear pump shaft cannot withstand strong lateral forces, so a support bearing provides a stable mounting.

  • Mounting the pump requires a sliding clutch inner part (MO), DIN 5482
  • The photo shows the so-called Bosch version with an 80 mm guide and 1:5 shaft
