Pilot operated check valve Festo HGL
Festo pilot operated check valves for load holding and locking of pneumatic cylinders. Blocks flow until pilot pressure opens the valve.
The Festo HGL piloted check valve blocks flow in one direction and opens in the opposite direction only when a separate pilot pressure is applied. Used to hold a cylinder in position and as hose burst protection.

- Operating pressure: 0.5–10 bar
- Pilot pressure: 2–10 bar (G1/4 model), 1–10 bar (G3/8 and G1/2)
- Medium: compressed air to ISO 8573-1:2010 [7:4:4]
- Lubricated operation possible

Flow values in the table are measured in direction 1→2 (6→5 bar).
