MRI45 - Pilot operated check valve

Should a sudden pressure failure happen, this valve stops the cylinder movement. When the valves are assembled in pairs on the cylinder ports, the cylinder piston stops rapidly and the load stays in place.

By operating the separate override device, the piston stroke can be reset manually, which is particularly important during a set-up phase or in case of air shortage. The manual control is sold separately: 11000015-MA/RA for the M5 pilot port and 11000016-MA/RA for the G1/8 pilot port.

Flow values are measured at 6 bar / ∆p 1 bar and apply to the unidirectional U version. The required pilot pressure increases with the inlet pressure: approximately 1.5 bar at 2 bar inlet, approximately 4 bar at 10 bar inlet.
