MRI22 - Quick exhaust valve
Line quick exhaust valve, threaded and push-in versions (Cmatic MV 22)
This valve can easily vent the circuit in case of an air supply failure. If assembled on the cylinder port, it increases the cylinder speed because the exhaust air does not have to travel back to the valve.
- Working pressure: 2-10 bar
- Temperature range: -20…+80 °C

- Lip ring: PU (NBR for 1/4")

- Recommended tubings: PA11, PA12, PA6, polyurethane PU (98 Shore A)
- Application field: pneumatic installations fed with filtered, lubricated air
The flow column shows the inlet-outlet flow (1→2) at 6 bar / ∆p 1 bar. Venting flow (2→3) is 660 Nl/min for 1/4", 1900 Nl/min for 3/8" and 2280 Nl/min for 1/2".
