Smooth-bore PTFE hose with two stainless steel braids (Italnord-Flex Hoseflon SW M 2T) for higher pressures than the single-braid hose. Resists almost all chemicals, acids, solvents, alkalis, oils and gases, temperature range −60…+260 °C.
- Smooth-bore inner tube of food-grade PTFE (FDA 21 CFR 177.1550)
- Reinforcement: two AISI 304 steel wire braids (Hoseflon SW M 2T)
- 5/8": inner Ø 15.9 mm, outer Ø 20.5 mm, weight 500 g/m
- Working pressure 160 bar and burst pressure 640 bar (safety factor 4), minimum bend radius 150 mm, vacuum 28 inHg
- Working pressure is reduced above 130 °C: 150 °C 85 %, 180 °C 63 %, 200 °C 48 %, 220 °C 33 %, 250 °C 10 %
