ADR 1.1.3.1.C: Companies whose main activity is not the transport of dangerous goods may transport up to 1000 l of heating oil or diesel in containers of up to 450 l without ADR/VAK permit, and also without IBC approval, a 2.5-year inspection, or a 5-year service life limit.
