Absorbent ABSOL
Absol absorbent granules bind, clean and neutralize hazardous liquids quickly and efficiently. The versatile Absol is also suitable for fire and slip control, anywhere oil, grease, paint, solvents and acids are handled.
Made mainly from sand, lime, cement and water, Absol does not contain substances hazardous to health.
Monocalcium silicate hydrate (CaO.SiO2.H2O) is consolidated into solid bonds in autoclave treatment at a pressure of 10 atm and a temperature of 180°C. After autoclaving, Absol is crushed and sorted by screening according to grain size for different applications.
